·       Due to teacher's schedules, we cannot reschedule lessons or offer make-up lessons.  The occasional 5th lesson week in a month is included in your monthly payments and considered a built in make-up day if you miss a lesson or free bonus lesson with good attendance. There are typically 3-5 make-up dates or bonus lessons per year for everyone.

·       Monthly Rates: If you know in advance that you must skip a date (for example, vacation week or school field trip) you can arrange to pay our individual lesson rates for lessons you attend in that month. If you have already made your monthly payment and then need to reschedule, you must wait for a bonus lesson make-up date.  No credits or refunds are provided.

·       Lesson dates falling on holidays including those not listed in our studio closings or on bad weather days cannot be rescheduled or credited.  Monthly rates are discounted and therefore inclusive of occasional closures due to bad weather and major holidays.
